No Deduction for Return Shipping or Restocking

Inspection Comes Before the Refund

When Funds Appear
After Enerexa processes an approved refund, your payment provider may require approximately 3–7 additional business days before the amount appears in your account.
The actual posting time depends on your financial institution or payment provider.
Cancel Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible.
An eligible pre-shipment cancellation is subject to a 5% processing fee, which is deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs.
Once an order has shipped, the regular return process generally applies.
